Whistleblower Channel

Welcome and Scope of the Act

We welcome you to our internal reporting system for sharing information obtained in a work or professional context with the llaollao® GROUP. Through this system, you can report violations of European Union law, as well as actions or omissions that may constitute a serious or very serious criminal or administrative offense, in accordance with Law 2/2023 of February 20, which regulates the protection of individuals who report regulatory violations and combats corruption.

How the notifier can proceed

GRUPO llaollao®’s internal reporting channel allows you to submit information in writing, verbally, or both. As a reporter, you can choose to submit your report through the following channels:

  • Web application (external management): https://canaldenunciascms.com/llaollao/
  • Telefónica (external service): 966 411 233
  • In person or by mail: with the SII Director, at the request of the informant, at the following address: Plaza Santa Gertrudis, 2, 10ºC, Murcia, Spain

Your message should include as much information as possible. Do not include any personal information that is not relevant to the matter at hand.

When you submit information through any of the available channels, you will receive an acknowledgment of receipt for your report within 7 calendar days of its receipt, unless doing so would jeopardize the confidentiality of the communication. Please note that if you submit your report by phone from a landline, you will need to provide your email address or cell phone number so that you can receive the acknowledgment of receipt. Otherwise, we will be unable to send you this confirmation.

How Your Notification Is Handled

When processing reports submitted through this internal reporting system, the confidentiality of the information provided and the protection of whistleblowers and any third parties involved are guaranteed at all times, in accordance with the provisions of Law 2/2023 of February 20.

Each report will be automatically assigned a unique case number, and the reporter will receive an acknowledgment of receipt confirming that the report was submitted.

In the case of anonymous communications, the system will display an acknowledgment of receipt on the screen at that time and provide you with a code that you must save, since only with this code will you be able to access your submission, track the case, communicate with the person handling it, provide additional information, or respond to any requests for information.

Once the report is received, the person in charge of handling it will conduct a preliminary analysis to determine whether it falls within the scope of the SII and whether an investigation should be initiated.

Within three months—which may be extended by an additional three months in cases where the matter is particularly complex—you will receive information regarding the actions taken and, if applicable, the outcome of the investigation.

Data Protection

Please be advised that the personal information you provide in your communication will be processed as specified in the Privacy Policy.

Anonymity

You can submit a report completely anonymously through the web app. You are not required to provide any personal information.
